The TopSaw Tool is now 12 tools in 1 and supplied with a heavy duty nylon storage pouch.
TOPSAW Pocket Wrench is a hand tool that has a combination of 12 different tools in it to allow the user to work on any brand chain saw out in the field.
The tool easily fits in your pocket or in the belt mounted heavy duty nylon sheath and contains a large screwdriver for bar adjustment, a T27 Torx for all bolts on most saws, a 4mm Allen wrench for all other saws, a small screwdriver (for fuel and bar oil adjustment), a bar grove cleaner and has a 13mm socket that will fit a bar nut on most half- or full-wrap handle chain saws. The other end of the tool has an dual interchangeable socket for the spark plug. Finally it can be used as a file handle.

1. Shipping
UK Shipping - Standard postage cost is £2.95 for orders upto £15.
Free shipping is for orders totalling £15 and over.
Next day postage is £4.95 for any priced order, orders need to be made before 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.
USA and Canada is £30, oversized (over 60 x 40 x 40cm) orders cannot be shipped, refunds will be prompt.
2. Returns
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you unless we have sent the incorrect item from the item you originally ordered. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@bearparts.co.uk with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
4. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Custom cut products and specially ordered products.
